Summer 2017, Kuopio Finland
This is a Roosterfish, the local delicatessen of my hometown Kuopio Finland. In reality it is actually a big bread stuffed with small fish and baked for a long time. I am not quite sure why it is called a Roosterfish but it if you ask anybody in Kuopio where to get one, they would direct you straight to the central market place to a food truck that sells these local award winning delicacies.
